The 11th National Conference on Research in Teacher Education (NCRTE) invites researches from scholars, practitioners, and students for this important national conference, which will be held on 24-26 October 2019, University of the Philippines Diliman College of Education (UPCEd). This year’s theme, “Educational Reforms: Reflecting on the Past, Exploring Dynamic Solutions, and Forging New Horizons”, highlights the role of educational reforms in shaping the environment of Philippine education system.
